Processing Time

• Standard orders: Processed within 3–5 business days before shipping.

• Crochet items: Each piece is handmade to order and may take up to 5-7 days to complete before shipment.

• Pre-order items: These are not yet in stock. Estimated ship dates are provided on each product page and may vary depending on production and demand. You will receive tracking information once your pre-order ships.

Shipping

• Once processed, orders are shipped via our standard carrier options.

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

• Shipping times depend on your location and carrier service.

Pre-Order Notice

• When purchasing a pre-order item, please note that your payment is charged at checkout to secure your piece.

• Orders that contain both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together once all items are ready. If you want in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
