Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand by the quality of every piece we make. Each order is created and packaged with care to ensure you receive exactly what you expected.

Flawed or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives flawed, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at blindedthebrand@gmail.com.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • Once reviewed and approved, you’ll be eligible for a full refund or replacement, depending on availability.

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the returned item is received and inspected.

Accidental Orders / Exchanges

  • If you made an accidental order or need a different size or item, we can offer an exchange — but refunds are not available in these cases.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery and items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.

Pre-Order Items

  • All pre-order sales are final.

  • Pre-order purchases cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded once submitted.
